Join us for a transformative Full Moon Flow & Intention Setting experience on the beach, bathed in the radiant glow of the full moon!
We’ll begin with 20 minutes of mindfulness and guided Intention Setting. Bring a journal and pen (or simply tune inward) as we reflect on thoughtful journal prompts aligned with this month's Full Moon. This grounding practice will help you gain clarity and set powerful intentions for the month ahead.
Next, we’ll move through a 30-minute Slow Flow Yoga sequence, followed by 10 minutes of Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation and body scan designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.
This special class offers a serene space for reflection, renewal, and community connection, beginning at sunset and flowing into the moonlit evening.

We’ll close with a magical 10 minutes of Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation and body scan designed to soothe your nervous system, release tension, and invite deep rest.

About Your Instructor
Cherie Kaufman
Cherie is a Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher, and Mindset Coach. She has been working in the fitness and coaching industry since 2021.
Cherie fell in love with group fitness and yoga as a participant herself. She discovered yoga to be a moving meditation in a room full of friends practicing self-care. What originally started as an opportunity to escape life's craziness... became a safe place to be still, be present, and connect with community.
Now, Cherie finds fulfillment in infusing mindset principles into her yoga and fitness classes and hosting community classes and events all around Charleston.
Cherie's goal for every class is to create a safe space full of comfort, community, and celebration.
